Cancelling the booking

We have several options to cancel your reservation:

  • Through our "My bookings" section, following the detailed information in this link.

  • Using our virtual assistant as detailed step by step in this link

We hope we have been able to help you.

  • Access your account from My account in the top menu.If you don't have an account on Roomdi, create one using the same email with which you make your booking.

  • Once you've accessed, enter My Bookings

  • Within the summary of each active booking you'll see the option Cancel booking

  • Go to contact and start a conversation with our online assistant:

  • It will ask first for your confirmation number, and then for your email.
    Remember that you must introduce the same email used to make the reservation.

  • Once our virtual assitant has this information, will show you several options.
    Choose "Cancellations":

  • Then, you will have to confirm that your request is to cancel you booking:

  • You may see this message at this point:

    In that case, you need to wait and press "refresh" every 30s aprox. until the process finishes:

  • Once the request has been processed, you will have to access to an external site in order to confirm the cancellation and accept the cancellation costs in case the
    reservation is not refundable.
    You will be redirected to a page like this one:

  • Here you will need to accept or decline the cancellation process (1), and then click on "send" button (2).

  • Once accepted, it may take some time to manage the cancellation with our provider:

  • When finished, everything should look like this, and the cancellation email should be shortly in your inbox.

The hotel terms and conditions will be displayed on our website as soon as you make your booking.

Please read them carefully and accept them to confirm your booking. If you have any doubts, please check with us before you confirm your booking.

Yes, you can. Please note, though, that this may result in a cancellation fee being charged. The cancellation policy will be displayed at the time of booking and is also included in the terms and conditions.

Cancellation fees vary according to the destination, the provider, the reserved rate and the number of days before cancellation.

You may cancel a booking via the MY BOOKINGS section or by calling us on

The price includes accommodation at the property for all guests and according to the room type and board basis contained in the voucher, as well as VAT in Spain.

In some destinations (Paris, New York, etc.) there are local taxes which are payable directly at the hotel and vary according to the hotel rating and the destination.

Some hotels may also ask for a deposit, which will be returned at the time of check-out.
