And, of the other part, the natural person, hereinafter the USER, accessing the page for the purposes of obtaining information and purchasing the services offered via the WEBSITE. The USER declares that he/she is of legal age (over 18 years of age) and has the legal capacity to acquire the services offered via the WEBSITE and to use it under the general terms and conditions which are detailed below, which the USER expressly states to have understood and accepted. In the case of a contract entered into with a minor, Roomdi shall in no way be liable, with the minor, parents or legal guardian assuming any arising costs.
The screens of the WEBSITE support the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer 10 and 11, Safari and Opera. Roomdi may not be held liable for the results obtained from using any other browser or operating system.
USERS who access the WEBSITE using devices with reduced format screens declare that they have previously accessed the WEBSITE using a device using one of the browsers mentioned in the above paragraph and have consulted the conditions of the WEBSITE and all the notifications made available to the recipient without any kind of restriction due to the characteristics of the device used to formalise the reservation.
The USER may freely access the WEBSITE or register, in which case the USER must enter an e-mail address and a password of his/her choosing and which shall be then confirmed by email. Once registered, the USER shall have access to his/her profile and will be able to consult past and current reservations, as well as consult and amend the available information to be able to speed up and simplify future reservations.
The USER must ensure that the password is not used by unauthorised third parties. In this regard, Roomdi shall not assume any liability deriving from the use of the WEBSITE through the unauthorised use of the aforementioned password.
The USER states that all the information supplied when registering and making reservations is true and complete, and undertakes to keep it up-to-date on any successive use he/she may make of the services offered by the WEBSITE.
Roomdi operates the WEBSITE and, in particular, offers and where applicable, supplies the content and services to the USER visiting the WEBSITE on behalf of tour operators of recognised standing. In this regard, Roomdi has limited itself to including the service on the WEBSITE. Unless otherwise established, under no circumstances may it be understood that Roomdi directly offers the products that it sells on its WEBSITE, in this regard it is strictly a retail agency.
The information contained on the WEBSITE is provided for the convenience of the USER. The preparation and updating of the information relating to the offers, products or services, prices, characteristics and any other relevant data or information about the products and services offered via the WEBSITE is the responsibility of the tour operators, therefore there may be exceptional inaccuracies, errata or other types of material or arithmetic errors of an involuntary nature. Roomdi guarantees only the accuracy or reliability of the information or the content of the WEBSITE with regard the information supplied by said operators, however Roomdi is not responsible for the maintenance, supervision or updating, nor does it have the possibility to verify whether all the information provided is true, complete and up-to-date.
It is for this reason that Roomdi does not accept any liability for the typographical or numerical errors in the data provided by the tour operators, and in particular shall not assume any liability whatsoever in the event of the acquisition of a service/product with a sale price that is disproportionate in relation to the reasonable market price of the product and therefore noticeably erroneous to the average user.

The USER consents to accept and respect the purchase terms and conditions established by the supplier with which the reservation is made. These conditions may include the payment of any amounts due and the compliance of certain rules and restrictions relating to the availability of rates, products or services.
The traveller is responsible for complying with the governmental requirements for leaving and entering a country, etc. This information can be found in the web page of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs (www.exteriores.gob.es). Roomdi may incorporate additional specific conditions which shall be published on the WEBSITE.
Prior to the purchase, the USER is informed of the availability on the WEBSITE of a section called “Create a search”, in which the different alternatives for selecting accommodation according to the number of persons, category, month, location, accommodation options (half-board, all-inclusive, full-board, etc) and price range can be specified.
The reservation may be carried out in Spanish on the WEBSITE. The majority of the fields are free text, therefore it should be noted that the WEBSITE is not equipped with the means to identify and correct errors in the data entered, and any error made when entering said shall be the responsibility of the USER.
The document formalising the contract by which the customer acquires any tourist product or service via the WEBSITE will be sent to the USER by e-mail. This e-mail shall provide the information relating to the products and/or services contracted, their reservation number, all of the instructions relating to payment methods, cancellation conditions and other useful information. Similarly, the document will be stored by roomdi and the USER will be able to access it at any time by accessing using his/her registration details (e-mail address and password).
The purchase of any product will only be effective when roomdi successfully charges the amount according to the chosen payment method, and until that time it may be cancelled by roomdi.
The USER may cancel the reservation without any cost in addition to the cancellation fees using the ‘My Reservations’ option on the WEBSITE. The USER may modify the dates, guest details or cancel the reservation by calling 44 02 0349 91875 or by using the option ‘Contact roomdi’ on our WEBSITE. In any event, the telephone call or e-mail must be received at the Agency during office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. so that they may be considered as effective. Otherwise, the cancellation or modification date will be considered as effective from the following business day. Cancellations not processed using the ‘My Reservations’ option on the WEBSITE shall incur an administration fee of € 20.

Making a reservation implies consent by the customer to be charged for the full amount of the product or service purchased.

In your capacity as a USER, you undertake to contact LOGITRAVEL via our Customer Service Department if you have any complaints before carrying out any formalities with your bank and before taking any legal action.
The purpose of this clause is not to impede your right to take legal action before courts, tribunals or any other alternative form of dispute resolution. On the contrary, we want to offer you a faster and more cost-effective way, which will save time and money both for you and for us. In return, we undertake to give you a response within 30 days.

Roomdi uses a text messaging service to send confirmation or notifications regarding any contracted service to the customer. This service is only used for sending and does not receive, therefore the customer will not be able to send a text message using this method, the customer will have to contact by telephone or e-mail as detailed in the section CONTACT Roomdi on the WEBSITE.
This the capacity of the USER to terminate a contract in certain cases without the need to justify the decision or assume any form of penalty.
By virtue of article I) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act and other complementary laws, the right of termination is not applicable to the contracts which refer to the provision of accommodation services for the purposes other than those of residence, food or services relating to recreation activities, if the contract contains a specific date or period of execution.
The entirety of this WEBSITE: text, images, frames, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, colour combinations, as well as the structure, selection, ordering and presentation of the contents, is owned by Roomdi and their reproduction, distribution, public distribution and transformation is strictly prohibited. Likewise, any total or partial reproduction, retransmission, copy, transfer or broadcasting of the material contained in these pages, whatever its purpose and the means used to do so is strictly prohibited.
The USERS will use the WEBSITE solely and exclusively for their own and private use. The USERS will not be able to copy, reproduce and or distribute by any means the content of this WEBSITE or the services that they may obtain from it, without written permission from Roomdi.
USERS will not be able to establish links to the web pages of this WEBSITE without the written consent of Roomdi.

These conditions are subject to Spanish law. Any litigation arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca, except where, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, the counterparty is a consumer or user, in which case the courts of the registered address of the consumer shall have jurisdiction.
The prices shown on Roomdi.com are valid for clients with EEA Nationality or residence only. In some cases the hotel company, upon arrival at the hotel, can request a payment or supplement or even deny entry if you are not a EEA National or resident.
Some of our accommodation providers negotiate their low rates on the basis that residents of the country where the hotel stay is taking place, are not eligible to stay at that rate. Problems seem to mainly occur, where non-EEA passport holders are booked to stay in the country where the passport was issued.
