My experience staying at Courtyard Bandung was extraordinary. From the moment I arrived until check out, I received true hospitality from all the employees in equal measure, from the Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B team at the breakfast area to the Engineering and Heart of House employees. I got the impression that everyone working at Courtyard Bandung was happy to work there. This was evident from their expressions and sincere smiles when they interacted with guests. The breakfast experience was extraordinary, the choices were all delicious and carefully selected. I spent hours at the breakfast area trying out each menu item they offered. If you're staying here, you must try their breakfast. Every time I go to Bandung, I will stay here again. Thank you for the extraordinary experience I received.

I was spent 1 night at CY Marriott Dago during weekend, celebrated anniversary, impressed with the service and experience provided, however need some area for improvement. Direct booking through the Marriott Bonvoy app is very easy and quick. Chat functions with the team at CY were responsive, requests for check-in at 12, check-out at 13 and also preparation for the anniversary celebration were very well accommodated. the room was ready at 12. when I arrived at 16 due to road traffic was bad from Jakarta to Bandung. I easily picked up the room key at the front desk. The receptionists are welcoming but need improvement in greeting guests at the front desk with genuine care and not just out of necessity or to complete tasks. The greeting needs to be sincere. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was busy working on his computer, and it was not until I was standing right in front of the counter and I greeted him then he greeted me back with the words, "Welcome." After learning that I was a Marriott Bonvoy member, he just said "Thank you for being a Marriott Bonvoy member" without commenting or try to build guest engagement. Just a mention or formality. Take a room overlooking Jalan Dago, very good. Anniversary cake was prepared in the room. So that made my partner very surprised with this courtesy arrangement. The room is quite clean, just try to be careful in detail with the condition of the bathroom which is quite small, and the shower head and rain shower are dirty. Please pay attention to the Executive Housekeeper when checking the room. I'm not sure if the CARE program was done for this room, especially the bathroom area which is less clean. For Courtyard sizes that carry the Marriott International brand and cost per room IDR 1,800,000net; bathroom amenities can be said to look so cheap, this needs to be improved. The quality of breakfast I can rate 8/10, enough choice and good taste, two thumbs up for the chefs. F&B service from hostes to waiters is very friendly, compared to the team at the front office. However, the atmosphere at the breakfast place is less pleasant, as it is very crowded with weekend guests, and the extra banquet chairs and tables make breakfast a bit messy, which should be relaxed and quiet in the morning, into something hectic, making you want to leave the breakfast area immediately. Would it be possible to open another outlet at Bar@Dago during the weekend so that guests can have a quiet breakfast on Sunday morning and enjoy the cool city of Bandung. I ordered the in- room dining right after checking in, the service was pretty good, the food tasted really good, again two thumbs up for the chefs. When I checked-out I stopped by the cafe next to the front desk where they sell bakeries and coffee. The F & B staff there is very welcoming and friendly. An additional improvement for the setting of the Porte Cochere area, it is better that there are no cars parked in front of the lobby. The right line is for drop-off, while the left line is for pick-up, so it's not congested in the front lobby area, which is very unfortunate at times, even if I notice there are many employees in the Porte Cochere area. and amaze with the placement of electric charging stations for electric cars just outside the lobby instead of at the car park area. I hope my review can be of value to the hotel management of Courtyard Bandung for future improvements.
