As Titanium Elite Member, The benefits I got were 1000 welcome bonus points, upgrade to Mayfair suite, free late check out. The location is in Mega Kuningan. When we arrived at the check-in process, we saw my wife carrying a baby and we were immediately given a bag of snacks, we were also given a glass of welcome drink. After 20 minutes of waiting (it was a bit annoying because the lobby was hot), finally I can check-in. The lobby and reception look luxurious with voids and magnificent ornaments. Heading to the room, passing through the corridor which seems luxurious but very dated, what's great is that it is still well maintained and there is no musty smell. The rooms that have been renovated are very nice, luxurious and spacious, although the detailed workmanship is can be improved. Because the room is a new design, the room is bright. The mattress is also a king bed with 5 pillows. At the table there is a welcome letter and fruit platter. While we were having fun taking photos of the room, there was a buzzer, it turned out that housekeeping was ordered to take the mini-bar because our room was not asked for a deposit. The room layout is typical Ritz-Carlton, there is also a foyer with a minibar, a walk-in closet that opens into the bathroom, and a room equipped with a work desk facing the window and a sofa next to the bed. The TV is large and clear, the wifi is also smooth. Coffee uses capsule coffee and there is a coffee machine. For the tea, forgot to take a photo. You can ask for free refills for mineral water. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, closet and 2 wash basins. The closet already has buttons and a heater. For showers there are head showers and hand showers. Towels are provided: 3 body towels, 3 hand towels and 3 face towels. Complete amenities with typical “almost the same” Ritz-Carlton packaging. There are no problems regarding the room. For hotel facilities there are gardens, spa, swimming pool, gym. The facilities themselves are shared with the Ritz-Carlton Residence so it's a bit crowded but there are lots of equipment. There is a children's play area but it is small and outdoor near the swimming pool. For breakfast, a buffet is served at Asia Restaurant. For the delicious taste and many variations. The menu: 1. Juice (healthy, guava, watermelon, orange, dragon fruit juice), coffee, tea, masala tea 2. Indian Food, porridge, beef bacon, ca broccoli, baked bean, fish salsa, hash brown, chicken sausage, beef sausage, tomato, hard boiled egg, egg station 3. Gyoza, dumplings, pao, capcay, fried noodles, chawan mushi, beef teriyaki, Grilled chicken curry, nasi kebuli, noodle station 4. Pork bacon, pork ham, cold cut, cheese, sushi, fried telo, fried banana, honey, waffle, pancake, French toast 5. Mud cake, putu ayu, custard pudding, market snacks, pastry, donuts, muffins, cakes 6. “The Ozone Bar at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan.”

The Ozone bar had the best staff!!!!!! Nadia, Reckel, and Yuni were amazing. They were very friendly and very attentive.

Amazing staff! I travel quite a bit and this has been one of the best services I have ever experienced in a hotel. The facilities and the rooms are great. I only wish that the pool was open past 6pm! Highly recommended hotel while staying in Jakarta.
