This place is very clean, all the employees are so friendly.  Rooms are nice.  I had read in some reviews the beds were more like queens.  They aren't. They are doubles, just be prepared. This place is very clean, all the employees are so friendly.  Rooms are nice.  I had read in some reviews the beds were more like queens.  They aren't. They are doubles, just be prepared. There are just 5 rooms per floor, we stayed on the 32nd floor (top floor). Using the elevator wasn't an issue at all. The floors were pretty warm, rooms were ok.  I do like it cold but never seemed to cool very good. Even with it being cool outside. No coffee in the room which for a Hilton property that is supposed to be "fancier" it didn't have any extra amenities at all. Beds were ok, pillows were not very good.  Some very flat, a other was thick and quite hard.  They charge a mandatory fee that can then be used in the restaurant. Quite expensive but was good.  Workers there very nice but clearly they were not provided enough staff to properly handle their job. That's not on them and they were still very friendly and if they were frustrated it didn't show. The other guest were all very patient so hopefully that made it better for them.  The wait for 3 bagels and a fruit bowl was about 45 minutes. I researched so expected everything so wasn't disappointed.  Until we came back the evening of our  2nd night.  Having put the do not disturb sign on the door and just exchanging towels with housekeeping we were pretty disturbed to find our room had been cleaned. The craziest part is that though I had 4 sets of towels I exchanged for, they took a wash rag from the pile I had.  At least leave what I got.  I did let the front desk staff know and they were quite upset it had happened as well. This is one of those, trust things for me.  This was a big trust broken. For that reason, I wouldn't personally stay at this location again.  Feels very invasive to have someone come in our room, put all our toiletries in random bags, move clothes around and throw things out that we needed. Like a bottle of medication that disappeared. It was nasia medication so not anything too bad but still...not a good look that they went in with a do not disturb sign on the door.
