Fantastic hotel, great location, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. As you enter the hotel reception you’re greeted by fresh, light and airy ambience with a fabulous fresh ocean aroma, setting the holiday feel. We had 1 bed apartment (426) which had a large balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful sunrise view! Our apartment was a fair size and 3 of us managed fine as you’ll be mostly outside anyway. Apartment probably needs some updating in the future, perhaps a drop leaf table as the current one is slightly large for space, upgrade sofa bed, not uncomfortable to sleep on as one person but very uncomfortable to uses as sitting sofa in daytime (a minor detail). Bedding was fresh and clean but I did find it unusual to have no covers on the light duvets supplied. Bathroom was quite small but very manageable. You’ll get loo rolls for first day but they aren’t replaced so be prepared to buy your own. Kitchen was compact but again we managed to rustle up a cold lunch and make drinks. The whole hotel is kept spotlessly clean! Staff are a credit to this hotel! Food in all on site areas is good quality with plentiful choice and well presented. This hotel is excellent value for money, plenty shops etc. within walking distance and the on site supermarket is perfect for those lunch items and bits and bobs. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and love that the hotel has not been drawn into the all inclusive package thing. Drinks were comparable with UK pub prices but we’re not drinkers so our holiday drinks costs were fair. €10 for cocktails, €2.80 for Diet Coke, €4.80 for glass red wine. All bar areas are kept clean and very pleasant. There’s something for everyone at this hotel and it was lovely to see such a good mix of ages all enjoying themselves.

“Great, family friendly, excellent staff”

Excellent staff, food great. Rooms are spotless and great size. Supermarket on site is very handy. Needed to use the launderette, excellent facility to have. Pool is always busy but plenty of space. Kids pool and play zone are a great facility to have. The panorama bar has fab views

We stayed for 10nights in April/May 2024. We booked last minute so did 5nights in 2 bed seaview and 5nights in mountain view 2 bed. The first 5nights were brilliant and the apartment was very spacious. So the seaview 2bed is def worth it over the 2bed mountain view. The second 5nights the 2bed was a lot smaller and uncomfortable for our family. Apartments were very clean and cleaners came every day. We found ants in the kitchen of the Mountain View and they came to sort it asap. The lifts are a little annoying . You are always waiting for them, and seems to be a common conversation amongst guests. The food in the restaurant is only ok. We ate in La Terraza and the pool bar. Not amazing. And service hit/miss. Kids loved the soft play and pool.
