Really lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food nice always found something tasty. My 11 year old son struggled with the food a bit though. Apartments immaculate couldn’t fault at all. Used the squash courts, did the golf and joined in the Aqua Aerobics which was a really good work out. Close to water park which was ace and steady walk to the harbour which was absolutely beautiful. There was some building noise from neighbouring works but it certainly didn’t interfere with our holiday and was rather interesting to watch. Reasonably priced mini market and in future would be more tempted to not bother with AI as there were so many restaurants to try at a reasonable price Would certainly go back.

Absolute little gem, here at moment, two days left, cannot fault the place, here s/catering, but you can pay for individual meals daily if u fancy staying in, cleanliness faultless, odd entertainment at night, 10 mins from main strip, recommend Rock cafe good entertainment, food brilliant, room is lovely, big, shower and bath facilities, hairdryer, kitchen area, microwave, toaster, cooking hob, big supermarket on site, 3 pools one heated, staff brilliant and friendly, pool bar great snacks, just only one down side no air con, big roof fans, so can’t say what it would be like in warmer summer months, deffo January through til April, no fans or air con needed, but overall brilliant stay x

Overall a good first visit to this hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception staff on arrival. We arrived at 11:30am and were informed our apartment wasn’t available yet. Gave my partners number and was informed we would receive a phone call to say when it’s ready. Waited till 4:15/30pm and I went up to reception and was informed it was now ready. My partner didn’t receive a call to say this in the end. On arrival, the apartment was clean, spacious and presentable. It was located in a quiet spot within the complex. We both had a very comfortable nights sleep during our stay. Loved the swimming pool and was able to get a sun lounger with no difficulty. Background noise of nearby building work didn’t phase us. Took advantage of the onsite breakfast, pool bar and dinning option. We went on international night for dinner and found there was plenty of choice. Would come back again, but maybe on a later flight due to late check in time.

Hotel staff were lovely upon arrival, they make sure to inform you about everything going on in the hotel and how to open the doors. Pool is a bit chilly but it’s acceptable if it’s hot, we were self catering but ate in the restaurant occasionally, food was regular quality as expected in a Spanish hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are quite comfy, air con is a bit primitive (ceiling fans) but they work, rooms are outdated but in my opinion quite cozy. Not geared towards brits, more towards Germans, only one telly channel for brits which is sky news (they usually talk about politics, which is boring.) Hotel isn’t too far from the main strip, a slow walk to the bottom of town is about 30 minutes from the hotel, to the top of the strip is 10. Good restaurants the further you go down, Taxi is about 5 euros to the beachfront. Plenty of supermarkets for self catering. Mini golf course and on site supermarket for self catering customers, tennis court outside the hotel as well as a waterpark. Overall a cheap and cheerful holiday.
