My family in I stayed in April for 10 days. I too had read the reviews, but quite often I take these with a pinch of salt. My family and I found the hotel to be quite good in fact. I do agree that there could be a bit of TLC here and there, but when you consider that this resort is open all year round the place is actually in quite good condition. The food in the restaurant was pretty good on most occasions, but like with every all inclusive resort, the food will not be to everyone's taste. What I will say is, if you cannot find anything to eat with all the different foods on offer everyday then i suggest you go self catering in future if your only willing to spend 3 star hotel prices. The bar snacks were ok, that's all you can really describe them as due to the fact they are snacks as it says in the description. If you want a better selection, again maybe 3 star is not for you. The drinks were pretty good to be fair. Again 3 star all inclusive your not going to get premium spirits, but if you know that before going then you should not be in for a shock. Amstel in the bars during the day and Cruz Campo at the night time entertainment bar was a plus. Sometimes you get a sub standard lager with an all inclusive. The animation staff were always busy keeping people entertained. The only bad thing I can say is the over use of OOH LA LA. This did get very tedious throughout the days. If your holidaying on a budget and want a nice place to go then this is a good start. You can get a lot worse than this out there which advertise 3 stars. Nearly everyone was friendly who were staying at the hotel, with a few exceptions. But then again you would get this in a 5 star hotel too. Your not going to get along with everyone you meet all of the time. We would go again without hesitation.

Honestly just left and it's fine. Staff good if you talk to them. Cleaners cleaned our room 6 days out of seven. Floors cleaned in the rooms went in on a number of occasions still wet floors so cleaners Def work hard.( Towels changed mid week otherwise not moved so think some people think clean... more

Honestly just left and it's fine. Staff good if you talk to them. Cleaners cleaned our room 6 days out of seven. Floors cleaned in the rooms went in on a number of occasions still wet floors so cleaners Def work hard.( Towels changed mid week otherwise not moved so think some people think cleaners not doing a lot). Food only one meal I didn't like but swiftly changed by me to something more to my tastes. Dining room chairs need replacing but over very clean tidy etc

“Excellent value for money. ”

We stayed in February. In block C. Our room had 2 rooms, the bedroom and the living area. Even when it was really windy our balcony was hot and no wind at all! There was always a good choice of food. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The Indian restaurant nect door had amazing food and definitely worth a visit. Liked the fact it was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a stroll to the beach. A taxi was only a few euros and reception will call one for you. Plenty of sun beds and would go back. The hotel check in on the return journey was a plus too. Only a short drive from the airport. Thank you for a fan stay.

Last minute three night break. Read some reviews and a mixed bag First impression ok, but the apartments very tired and in need of a refresh, furnishings and decor and a good clean Not many sockets and no mirror in the bedroom Pool area ok, not a huge area so can imagine in high season it may feel claustrophobic All staff encountered were friendly and helpful Food was very poor. Breakfast selection passable but other meal options were below average, with meat dry and overcooked, poor selection and choice compared to other all inclusive been too Good location with easy reach of shops bars and the prom to walk along No courtesy room or shower facilities once you’ve checked out, so if you have a later flight as we did had to use the pool shower to wash and dry hair in the reception area And then there were the cats roaming about, the cockroaches,more than normally experienced in the Canaries at complex accommodation and the rat that came running into the inside bar one night. Staff initially tried to deny it was there but had been seen by a few people Not an accommodation will be returning too

Booked this hotel last minute due the the weather in the UK being so bad over Easter we decided to get some sunshine abroad. Hotel is good, nice big rooms/apartment. We were AI so didn't use the kitchen facilities at all but they are there if you need them. Hotel is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from resort centre. Food was good but did get a bit samey nearer the end of the week so we chose to eat out a couple of times. There are only 2 negatives I would offer. 1. The pool was absolutely freezing. Nice looking pool but could do with the water being heated. 2. There were two members of the Animation team who shouldn't be in their job. One guy (the small skinny one) done nothing but sit at the end of the certain young ladies sun beds trying to chat them up. Seemed to think he was a bit of a Lothario but was just being laughed at. The other was the older girl who seemed to be more interested in drinking the AI drinks and getting drunk in the afternoon whilst running about in her shorts and bra and screaming the place down making a show of herself. Hotel was good, food was good, weather was good, animation team - 2 were a nightmare and shouldn't be in the job.
