“Very good experience”
I have to say that Mark is a professional hotel receptionist. He has provided a variety of suggestions for our trip to Hangzhou and upgraded the hotel room type for us. The facilities and services of the hotel are perfect, which brings us a comfortable living experience. I really enjoy it!

“Can't get any better than this”
Wow, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Modern and luxurious, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to an extremely spacious room with a living space and a massive bathroom. My husband and I stayed at The East Hotel in Hangzhou for 3 nights. The rooms were large and very quiet (we were on the top floor, floor 10, having requested a high room, just in case there had been a lot of traffic noise). “quick nap and nice staff”
came to met my friends here hangzhou,very nice city. hotel staff sally is a very helpful girl with sweet voice, also her English made me so impressive. she is patient and professional~ hope to see her again next visit..:)
