“Well set up and exactly as described”
Fabulous facilities on site, rooms spacious and super comfortable bed. The spa bath is incredible. Staff very helpful with advice in local attractions. “Comfortable stay in a great location with friendly staff and great facilities”
The regal palm resort is continently located in Rotorua with only a short drive to many attractions, restaurants and the lake. “A 'resort' is stretching it a bit! Great though.”
It isn't a resort! It's a really nice motel with some extra facilities like mini golf, pool etc. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. You can park close to your room which is always good. “A good choice”
As other reviewers have mentioned this property is more like a motel than a resort but suited our needs for one night. Check-in and out was friendly and efficient so no complaints there. This was billed as a five star resort when I booked it, but I fail to see where that rating comes from . It is more of a very upmarket motel.
