“Relaxing”

Had a fantastic time and very relaxing but unfortunately when it rains, the apartment gets flooded! Contacted hotel twice by email with photos as some of our clothes were still in our suitcases on the floor and but still have not received a reponse :(

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.

“Faded seaside glamour…”

Second time visiting this resort and eight years later I can say it’s desperately in need of a refresh. I don’t think the apartment interiors have had any work done for years and it shows. Second time visiting this resort and eight years later I can say it’s desperately in need of a refresh. I don’t think the apartment interiors have had any work done for years and it shows. All a little grimy and dated. They’ve replaced the lovely sofa - bar area with a large restaurant which is a shame and there’s no longer any decent cheap and cheerful bar snack options. We missed being able to sit and have a drink in the lounge after sundown. The pool table and table tennis have been shoved into a corner too. Everything was just ok. The apartment was just ok, the facilities were just ok, the food was just ok, the pools were just ok. Don’t jump in the pool or play with a ball or have any inflatables either, lest the safety ‘no fun’ officer blows his anti-craic whistle at you. Nothing remarkable going on here.
