On our arrival we were warmly welcomed and it felt genuine. Luca who was on reception was friendly and courteous. Our room was area and quiet. The bed was firm and not soft, the bathroom spotless and well worth the money.

We have stayed at this premier inn a few times and have never been as dissappointed as we were this visit, the pricing for 2 nights was over £300 ( for a budget hotel - extortianate) and the first room offered was on the ground floor as requested but the bathroom smelt of sewage, the receptionist … Daha çok

We have stayed at this premier inn a few times and have never been as dissappointed as we were this visit, the pricing for 2 nights was over £300 ( for a budget hotel - extortianate) and the first room offered was on the ground floor as requested but the bathroom smelt of sewage, the receptionist mentioned this happens sometimes but we were offered an alternative room, which thankfully we only stayed 2 nights. We decided to have breakfast, but found that the continental offering was very poor, no bread, a couple of stale croissants, runny flavourless yogurt (not induvidual ) in a bowl and mixed fruit salad along with a few oranges and apples, only offering cold drinks of apple juice, and water. We also found that we had to wait for the hot food while the cook was outside having a vape break so the receptionist went to get him, we and fellow guests informed him that some other foodstuffs need replenishing on the continental, he obliged immediatly and accomadated with preparing any way we wanted our eggs. We know staff should take a break but breakfast service is only 7.30 till 10.30.
