“Solange, great member of staff!”
Solange is an absolute asset to this place! Made our check in seamless and super friendly and helpful! Having this experience from the minute we walked in put the whole stay on a high. “April stay”
Good stay with everything we need. Clean room, good breakfast and great service from all team staff across both reception and restaurant. Nothing really to complain. “Vegan breakfast included!”
Nice quiet room. Clean and the shower was excellent. Good location for the city, we went to the Albert Hall. The free breakfast included was okay. Vegan sausages and bacon to order. The price was reasonable for a Friday night.

Location is great. Atmosphere is all right. Rooms have passed their time Value for money a bit poor. Cleanliness could do better.
