“Fantastic views, big clean rooms and good service ”
It was raining when we got there, the staff were standing at the lobby with umbrellas to usher the guests in. Whilst they did not speak English well, they tried hard to communicate. “big room, great view, good service”
We are 4 adults and a child, stayed in a room with Japanese and Western beddings, huge room with the best view in Nagasaki. The room is clean, service is good, breakfast buffet had too many choices. “Relaxing, with helpful employees - who don't speak much English”
We had one of the four "suites" (in the annex??) that overlooked the bay - an immense set of tatami rooms; living, sun-room with great rattan loungers, and two other large rooms for sleeping (with futons) and en suite dining with a beautiful private garden.
