Actually I stayed here over 60-70 nights around 2years. Almost time I spent here when I was in Seoul for biz trip. Here is residence hotel. Few rooms are old one but if you booking renovated room type on the booking site, you can enjoy better than old one. (Almost 15,000-20,000KRW higher than old one) Near the hotel, you can find several restaurants and conveniences for you trip. This hotel looks cost effective accommodation place in Seoul to me. I recommend to travellers and biz trip people.

“Great value for money”

I stayed at Humanstarville for five nights in June as I had gone to attend a conference. It is in Gangnam district and is probably in the best part of the city. I stayed at Humanstarville for five nights in June as I had gone to attend a conference. It is in Gangnam district and is probably in the best part of the city. Lots of 7/11 stores for basic amenities are within walking distance. Also lots of luxury brand showrooms are within walking distance. So is the subway. Although language is a barrier tech savvy locals who are very friendly and helpful will show you road routes to food menus on their smart devices. The hotel is a service apartment style place with a 7/11 store in the basement. There is free wifi,HD tv, small kitchenette with microwave, washing machine and a cooking range with basic cutlery in the drawers. Also a double door fridge. One can stock up food and heat and eat or just walk to a McDonald's or Burger King which are about ten minutes walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

“Strange name. Great place to stay.”

OK, "great" might be exaggerating, but it worked for us perfectly. The building is about a ten-minute walk from the Yeoksam subway station on the green line (line 2 aka the circle line). OK, "great" might be exaggerating, but it worked for us perfectly. The building is about a ten-minute walk from the Yeoksam subway station on the green line (line 2 aka the circle line). We walked it daily. I think the Seoul subway system is easily one of the best in the world. The rooms aren't spacious, but they have ample square footage. The beds are comfortable enough and everything was clean. The TV has a plethora of channels (mostly in Korean obviously). The in-room wifi internet worked flawlessly. You can really pack lightly thanks to the clothes washer in your room. We made good use of it throughout our two-week stay. It's also nice to have a full kitchen, though when you're in such close proximity to fantastic and authentic Korean food, you probably won't be eating in that often. We found the 7-Eleven right by the hotel entrance to be extremely convenient. The truth is, there are 7-Elevens on almost every corner in Seoul and that's not much of an exaggeration. Adjacent to the hotel lobby is Caffe Bene and it was pretty good. We didn't try the Korean restaurant in the building. Our travel plans turned out to be quite fluid and the staff were very accommodating. They allowed us to change our stay so that we were gone for one night. And when we returned, we weren't sure if we would check out early or stay the full length. They allowed us to pay up until a certain date and we made the decision at that point to pay the rest of the nights. I would definitely consider staying here again.
