“Important part of positive Vienna impressions”
Customer-oriented staff, their desire to help and ability to find a solution to any request: from dining, parking and shopping advice to late check-out staying in the same room, while it was booked by the next guests. Comfortable apartment-like room with a small kitchen corner

“Wouldn’t Stay again”
Traveled with a group of students in June. Arrival was terrible with us standing along the sidewalk while they insisted on making copies of everyone’s passport. The check in person was rude and shouted at us. Then we were 21 people trying to use and elevator that took 2 people at a time. No balcony… Daha çok
