“Home away from home”
Everything about our stay was splendid. Spacious room, fresh delicious food, but most important, by far the most attentive and accommodating hotel staff I've ever encountered.

“Christmas Vacation”
Since first time here at Mocawa Plaza, the staff made us feel at home and that’s why we are returning each time here when we are in Armenia. Room, bed and food are excellent. Location close to everything, restaurants, malls at good. Highway close to exit nearby towns

“Outstanding...”
Great position in the middle of town. Very friendly staff and nice, quiet comfy rooms. Good breakfast and nice food/drink overall. Very helpful reception, concierge etc. Good sized roof pool with bar.

“Comfort and luxury”
We were able to book it through Expedia were we used points. It seems pricey at first; but once you there the rooms are clean, updated, comfortable. We did not encounter any problems. Easy checking in and out (1 pm). Excellent location with walking access to stores, mall restaurants and public tran… Daha çok

“Ok centrally located hotel - room for improvment”
Lobby and staff: good, especially guards. Nice personnel Room: according to pictures. Positive: very comfortable beds. Negative: general problem in Colombia cleaning not optimal, some things failed in this case eg putting enough new towels (despite we putting the ones we wanted changed on the floor… Daha çok
