“Great views and friendly staff”
Rooms are very clean as are the hotel grounds. Breathtaking views. Easy walk to town and kitty corner to Havana museum of chocolate. Pet friendly and excellent free breakfast. Staff are very accommodating and super friendly. Right on the lake. Highly recommend

“Some great features, needs some work”
Stayed at this property from January 19 to January 23, 2019. Fantastic front desk staff and staff throughout the property. Beautiful view from lake view rooms. Good breakfasts came with the room. Can be a challenge to walk into town during times of high traffic. The property could use some upd… Več

“Good Hotel, complicated surroundings”
We spent one day and were very comfortable staying here, nothing to complain and good relationship price-quality. Only negative point is being along Av. Bustillo, it seems to be rush hour the whole day. Should be very careful as traffic complicates entrance and exit the parking place

“Lovely location over the lake, poor maintenance thoughout the hotel”
The elevator (only one) was constantly out of operation and when it worked it only took two people at a time. There are seven floors to the hotel so there was always a bottleneck around the elevator. Breakfast was average.
