My family stayed in January 2017. We never visited Nassfeld before. It was very very good. So first , the hotel is very nice and family Zerza is great, You can see how devoted are all of them and we felt like we belong to this family ! They are very kind and very very hardworking and you can see it in the hotel .It is very clean and tidy, The breakfast is also really great ! It has free parking, free wifi , it is warm inside and everything works great. It is not so far from the Milenium ski lift . It is very convenient that you can leave you ski and boots etc in the locker on the start of ski lift, Also Gerhard provided to us discounted prices for the lockers and ski pass. Skiing was great also. There are few restaurants in the town, They are all good . If you stay in the Zerza you will get 10% dicsount for one very good restaurant in the city. Ther are also one supermarket , and bakery , few sports shops. ski rent also. Very near is little bigger city Hermagor with few bigger supermarkets and shops. The only thing that I did not like and not talking about Zerza Hotel and family , is that in the shops and restaurants even if you speak English language , since you do not know German, people continue talking German , and you see they understand you, but they talking German even you do not know and understand their language. But with help of the hands and you speak English and they German , somehow we managed to understand most of . So again everything vas just great and we will come again!

excellent clean spaceful premises, very nice owner's attitude, good location just 3 minutes from Millenium Express by car or 15 minutes on foot. small 10% discount on skipas offered. definitely recommended place to stay in Hermagor

It is a nice simple family hotel in Nassfeld. Breakfast only. It is clean, pleasant, mainly for bikers. For skiers it is not up to the Austrian standards as the room for the skis and boots are not very well organizes. No drying sticks for the boots. The hotel is in walking distance to the base of the ski lifts. So you could leave the skis and boots there for an extra 1.8 Euro. The skis can be left at the base station free of charge if you buy the ticket at the hotel. The staff is friendly and guest oriented. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance. The sauna is a bit small (max 6 persons) Bufe breakfast is rich. Wifi was best in the little reading room.
