“Consistent experience”
We typically stay at Hampton's mostly due to the consistency of the experience and this was no different. LOTS of food options within a 3 mile radius. Breakfast was as expected. The follow-up text asking if everything is OK after getting into the room is a nice touch that provides an opportun… Več

“Bad experience”
2 different people were trying to check in & couldn’t find the desk clerk (approximately 8:30 at night). Finally came out of back. I had to ask for water, never acknowledged we were Hilton Honors members. Got to our room & food on the desk chair. Window shade all the way down & couldn’t raise it… Več
