Nie jest zbyt dobrze utrzymany, jak większość hoteli w Chinach kontynentalnych. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pokoju, byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w pokojach z widokiem na jezioro, które są nieco droższe, ale znacznie większe niż pokoje od strony lasu. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę pokoju, byłem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w pokojach z widokiem na jezioro, które są nieco droższe, ale znacznie większe niż pokoje od strony lasu. Próbowałem obu pokoi i jeśli wybierzesz te z widokiem na jezioro, zobaczysz dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Problemy z moim pobytem były (1) trudne do zdobycia taksówki i potrzebujesz pomocy z frontdesk. Najgorszym przypadkiem może być konieczność zabrania starego samochodu golfowego na główne ulice, gdzie czeka się na taksówkę. (2) Restauracja na dole serwuje jedzenie złej jakości. Będziesz musiał zjeść gdzieś indziej, albo w restauracji na prawo od hotelu w ciągu 3 minut spacerem. Jeśli zostaniesz dłużej i będziesz potrzebować różnorodności, będziesz musiał wziąć czapkę gdzie indziej na jedzenie.

Nice Baiyun lake view facing the luxurious villas and golf playground, edgeless out door swimming pool besides the lake, hot bath sauna besides the pool, the Chinese restaurant just facing the lake, they provided many private rooms for the local families, separated building for gym and sporty playground were provided to the hotel guests, but it seems not brand new and need to ask for open, service were not professional both in Chinese and Western restaurant, the captains starts to traine the waiting staff for the basic standards in Chinese restaurant. This is a good choice, if you are looking for a quite place to relax.

We stayed at Baiyun Lake Bank Hotel for its beauty and location near to my uncle's home. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, nice staff but the worst congee I've ever eaten at the breakfast buffet. Even so, I would stay here again for the convenience.

The hotel is only accessible by car and this is a major factor. It is very out of the way but does have good quality rooms and a pool. I checked in around 7pm and walked into the empty restaurant at 7:40. The waitress seemed unhappy to see me and after reviewing the high priced menu decided on an easy option of their set western meal. The 3 course meal was rushed out in 20 minutes so that I had trouble finishing one course before the next arrived. Food was ok but coffee was cold. Looks like chef finishes at 8 - almost a Fawlty Towers restaurant experience
