“1st-class treatment and great comforts at affordable rate”
Fabulous. Decided to stay longer and to leave a review to thank 'em. Incredible staff: had timely solutions to every request, can-do attitude and very appropriate manners. Rooms are spacious, comfy, daily cleaned and cooled. Amenities are spot on: smart TV, reliable WIFI, pool, decent daily breakf… Fler

“Great place to stay in Bucaramanga!”
This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Affordable, rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I stayed 4 days there and loved the buffet breakfast (included in rate) which had different options every day, fresh fruit and delicious coff… Fler

“restaurant”
visited restaurant: terraza trinitarios ... Food was fine but i got ill because of, I found out, I am lactose intolerant ... The views and the environment is fine for a solo trip or a family meeting. I witnessed end of year parties of corporate employees.

“Commercial hotel”
We were on a three week tour of Colombia with a Canadian small group tour company and stayed here one night. The room was adequate and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel and it was fine. We had no complaints about the breakfast buffet. The surrounding area wasn't very attractive.

“Ok hotel”
The city wasn’t my favourite in Colombia, and neither was the hotel, but it was ok. The best part was the great service, and ever-smiling face, of Jesus the concierge/doorman/fix it man. Every hotel needs someone like him as it’s customer relations person. Restaurant was good and the breakfast ade… Fler
