“Nice room and restaurant”

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Got a fairly big room high facing toward the road and the pool. The room was comfortable, with good shower, coffee maker etc. The AC was a bit slow. It would have been nice to enjoy the fresh air by keeping the balcony door open but the rather persistent and very… Mai mult

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Got a fairly big room high facing toward the road and the pool. The room was comfortable, with good shower, coffee maker etc. The AC was a bit slow. It would have been nice to enjoy the fresh air by keeping the balcony door open but the rather persistent and very loud noise from the main road made this impossible. The big hit and surprise was the impressive breakfast buffet. The dinner was also good. Staff were friendly and attentive, but it would have been useful if the front desk staff knew more about the region and could advice on hikes etc.

“Beautiful location & excellent service”

We reserved three rooms for one night during a guided tour in Armenia. The rooms were a good size and each one had a balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were rain showers in the bathroom. The gym was okay but some of the machines (e.g. treadmills) need servicing and did not work.… Mai mult

We reserved three rooms for one night during a guided tour in Armenia. The rooms were a good size and each one had a balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were rain showers in the bathroom. The gym was okay but some of the machines (e.g. treadmills) need servicing and did not work. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. There was a huge choice of food at breakfast and the coffee was very good. The service was excellent and the staff were kind, patient and helpful

“Excellent buffet”

Spacious, clean and comfortable with a balcony. Buffet Restaurant is excellent! Gym was falling to bits but is being refurbished. Indoor Pool and Sauna OK Jacuzzi cool and not very bubbly.

The breakfast room was lovely and the hotel looked good but it was a bit confusing: our room was on the 3rd floor and so was the breakfast room but you couldn't go from the room to the breakfast room because they didn't connect. The breakfast room was lovely and the hotel looked good but it was a bit confusing: our room was on the 3rd floor and so was the breakfast room but you couldn't go from the room to the breakfast room because they didn't connect. Thankfully someone led us there, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have found it. The room was very spacious and had a king bed. The bath towels were a good size, and there were bathrobes and slippers. There were no drawers for clothes, and the shelves in the closet were only about 3 inches deep, so they couldn’t hold any clothes, only a wallet or a pen. There was no counter in the bathroom, so nowhere to put your toiletries. There was nothing to put our suitcases on, so we had to lay them on the floor. There were no reading lights by the bed. There were several ceiling lights, and my husband’s side of the bed, there was a ceiling light which was sufficient for reading. However, there was no independent switch for that light, so when he was reading, all the ceiling lights had to stay on. There was no light on my side of the bed, so I couldn’t read in bed. The hotel was ok, but could have been better designed.
