“Super convenient and staffs are very helpful and friendly.”
Super helpful concierge. Peter zhou was amazing. He not only helped me with all my taobao order (all 22 packages) and he even advise me where to go for a local morning experience. “Value for money”
The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is big and water pressure is good. Location is convenient and near to the food street. Staff are helpful and courteous. The food delivery robot makes order food delivery easy. Breakfast is average with both Chinese and western choices.

“An average hotel that fitted the needs of my business trip to Shantou.”
I stayed 2 nights at this hotel when on business in Shantou. I was in a Deluxe Double Room on a reasonably high floor which had a view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. “Poor 5 stars hotel”
I don't how they rate the hotel in China but this one falls very far from a 5 star. Rooms furniture is very old, food in the buffet is always the same everyday, peopel at the desk speak very poor english, the swimming pool need to be redone.
