Room was up to usual PI standards with everything you would expect. Building work in area at present detracts from appearance & is impacting cleaning standard around lobby area - but room was immaculate. Restaurant food was what you would expect from a PI. The key thing that stood out was service in both hotel & restaurant - it was homely & welcoming with staff taking a real interest in our trip.

Some distance from where I needed to be , however not far from the train station so easily accessible. Good atmosphere in the hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was really comfy, wifi was good but you need to write down the access codes for each day. As for value, I feel that the P… Więcej

Some distance from where I needed to be , however not far from the train station so easily accessible. Good atmosphere in the hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed was really comfy, wifi was good but you need to write down the access codes for each day. As for value, I feel that the Premier Inn used to be very good value, but now prices are on par with most other chain hotels.

“Mia and Aiden were great but the room was not clean enough”

The staff, Mia and Aiden at the restaurant were great, friendly and helpful. The Bed was very comfortable but the room was not that clean and there was no hair conditioner in the shower.
