We were a family of 10 and spent 4 nights / 5 days in the hotel. This is certainly a place I would recommend and happy to return to. We had 4 rooms (2 on each tower) and we were more than comfortable. All clean and working fine. The facilities are enough to keep you busy and entertained (not only outside but also indoors) and the staff makes sure to keep you happy all the time. The food was great always: breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner makes worthy to have the “all-inclusive” deal. The entertainment team makes sure you keep the smile on your face. We spent the New Year’s eve there and had a fantastic time! For this reason I gave the maximum rating and recommend the hotel. The only suggestion I would give the hotel management is to have more staff in the restaurant area when fully booked as we experienced great food but the service became clearly slower as you can manage only a certain number of people with the same staff/equipment even though they did their best.
