I cannot fault the room, the view, the service. Everything. Heavenly. I know it was up the hill but I would have stayed forever given half the chance. Great breakfast too!

Waking up to the view was incredible. We also had a room with a jazuzzi on the terrace, which was pretty special. The service was excellent at breakfast, even though we really did not like the way Colombians scramble eggs! (They beat them into pebbles; no me gusta.) And the whole place was well maintained. We appreciated the fact that this hotel was locally owned and not a chair; it's s worth it even if you have to pay a little bit more IMO. Recommended.

During my trip to Colombia, I have consistently experienced warmth, friendliness, and excellent service at most establishments. Unfortunately, that was not the case during check in. While the hotel was somewhat redeemed by the excellent service provided by Jorge, at breakfast, the overall experience fell short. The breakfast was good, but the room I stayed in was disappointing, it smelled damp, was quite small, and the bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely any space to move. There was also only a tiny window, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor throughout the stay. The one standout feature of this hotel is its breathtaking view. From the reviews, it seems that there are better rooms available, so perhaps others might have a different experience. However, based on my stay, it’s not somewhere I would return to or recommend.
