“Good Value and Friendly.”
Stayed overnight to break up to trip to Cornwall. Picked it because it was the cheapest in the area. Was pleasantly surprised. “Super place to stay!”
Great location for walking and buses to Topsham and Exeter! Great midday checkout and free car parking! Great value for money and super clean rooms albeit dated!

“Clean, good parking, happy staff and a good quick walk nearby”
Good happy staff, lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Good parking. It was a pitstop from London to Penzance to break the journey and has the benefit of food on site when you just don’t want to drive any more and makes a decent rum punch.
