“Harika manzaralar ve güler yüzlü personel”
Otel gerekçesiyle Odalar çok temiz. Nefes kesen manzaralar. Havana'nın çikolata müzesine şehre ve kedicik köşesine kolay yürüyüş. Evcil hayvan dostu ve mükemmel ücretsiz kahvaltı. Personel çok accomodating ve süper dostça. Gölde. Tavsiye ederim

“Lovely location over the lake, poor maintenance thoughout the hotel”
The elevator (only one) was constantly out of operation and when it worked it only took two people at a time. There are seven floors to the hotel so there was always a bottleneck around the elevator. Breakfast was average.
