We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. A special thank you goes to Emilia, the Housekeeping Manager, whose exceptional organisation and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Her dedication and genuine care for guests really stood out and made a huge difference to our experience. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and offered a lovely view of the River Thames. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and it was clear that great care had been taken to maintain high standards throughout the hotel. The restaurant was another highlight. The chef does an excellent job, serving consistently delicious food, and every meal was a pleasure. The waiting staff were friendly, attentive, and professional at all times, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent service throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the warm hospitality shown by every member of staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and it is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.
