“Great hotel, location and staff.”

We arrived late with no reservations. The reception staff went above and beyond to find us a room which they did. Both the apartment and hotel room were great! The location of the hotel on the beach and the pool area are superb. Highly recommend!

Great hotel with friendly staff. We booked the executive room with a sea view, our room was nicely decorated and spotless with huge terraces with a table and sunbeds you can enjoy the view. Ez egy szuper-tisztességes szálloda, jó elhelyezkedésű, jól megtervezett, tiszta, minden működik, kiváló kiszolgálást biztosít a recepciótól és a takarítástól kezdve, könnyű bejutni, könnyen kihajtható Barcelona vagy a repülőtér felé (szükség van saját kerekekre), védett parkoló, és remek reggeli. … Több

Ez egy szuper-tisztességes szálloda, jó elhelyezkedésű, jól megtervezett, tiszta, minden működik, kiváló kiszolgálást biztosít a recepciótól és a takarítástól kezdve, könnyű bejutni, könnyen kihajtható Barcelona vagy a repülőtér felé (szükség van saját kerekekre), védett parkoló, és remek reggeli. Az étterem csodálatos kilátással és kiváló ételkínálattal rendelkezik. Meglehetősen furcsa időkben (Spanyolországtól eltérő szempontból) nyitva van, a reggeli meglehetősen későn kezdődik, csak 7: 30-kor, ebéd csak 13: 00-kor, stb. Talán a nem spanyolok száma ez elenyésző (bár ez nem volt az a benyomásom, amilyen volt), ezért talán ezért nem fogadnak el olyan embereket, akik nem szoktak három órát levonni ebéd után. Még megpróbáltunk egy "korábbi" reggelit (7-kor!!) Megszerezni, és a nagyszerű Jose Luiz megszervezte erre, de amikor cselekedett, a reggeliző hölgy egyáltalán nem volt hajlandó megváltoztatni idejét, annak ellenére, hogy már ott. Ezen negatív megjegyzés mellett az egyetlen további hiba az ár, amely még mindig nagyon kedves a szezonon kívüli szálláshelyek esetében. Ezen kívül örülök, hogy visszajövök ide. Fontos megjegyezni, hogy az alábbi két „szörnyű” értékelés a szállodahoz kapcsolódó apartmanokra vonatkozik, nem pedig a hotelre.

We stayed only 1 night in transit before a night ferry, but liked the room and the hotel. The room was large, with 2 comfortable beds, pool & beach view. Breakfast was good, but we were disappointed not to be able to have a late lunch on site at our arrival (we received a good reco a bit further down the street though). Dogs are welcome which is appreciated, however, not allowed by the poolside (nor on the public beach!), which meant that we didn't quite know what to do during the day in the heat before going to the port. I totally agree that no dog should go IN the pool, but laying down in the shade next to us in a back corner wouldn't have bothered anyone (our dog is quiet, well-behaved + he hates swimming anyways!). A little more flexibility on this point while ensuring the rules are clear & respected to all dog-owners would be better.
