“Great apfelstrudel”
We stopped in Hallstatt market place for coffee and cake - we sat outside and then torrential rain began. Our waiter ushered us inside Seewirt-Zauner and we had the best apfelstrudel of our 2 weeks in Austria - we tried, but could not finds a place to beat it. n the coffee was great too. Wonderful hotel located in the centre of beautiful Hallstatt. Sanda and Josef were friendly and helpful at all times. We were made to feel most welcome. “Enjoyed my stay.”
Nice hotel in the corner of the market place. I had a third floor room with views of the church and partial views of the lake. Room is basic Austrian mountain style, clean.
