“Wonderful experience”

We stopped in Armidale on our way to Queensland. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It was lovely and modern, with very comfortable bed. The apartment was very clean with great facilities. The hosts are wonderful. Definitely a must if staying in Armidale!

Pleasantly furnished and decorated, comfortable beds, breakfast table and chairs and very efficient air-conditioning which delighted us on a frosty July night. Our room, with ensuite bathroom, and had all the inclusions expected of an Australian motel, including plates and cutlery as well as a good wifi signal. The room was very quiet; we were not aware of any noise from the adjacent highway. The motel does not have a dining room but there are fast food outlets across the road. We chose to eat dinner at the White Bull hotel a few blocks away. If it’s a frosty night, like our visit in late July, I do suggest checking working of air-conditioning and electric blankets as soon as you check-in. The air-con was so efficient we did not need the electric blankets.

“Good experience.”

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable. New bathroom with overhead shower what a treat also a second toilet. New kitchen with all the utensils. Plenty of room in the unit. Electric blankets and good warm aircon, made a very relaxing stay.

The first view was a good impression. looked clean, tidy, and well laid out. Then, I felt the bed. It was very firm, which wasn't as comfortable as we'd hoped. The shower screen didn't hold water to within the cubicle. A hinge-side of the door could use a strip to prevent this. The exterior room door didn't really hold out the smell of smokers, who light up right outside our room. A separate smokers area, away from the rooms would be appreciated as we are asthmatics, who have heightened smell sensitivity
