“Condo style suite everything you need nearby.”
As my first stay for a business trip, I was quite satisfied. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I asked for information, they pointed me to the right direction. Everything you need is nearby. “Modern and Everything Works”
A nice newer hotel next to a shopping center and grocery store. This is the second City Express I have stayed in in Mexico and the quality is consistent. This hotel is on the north side of town and is a 10 to 30 minute Uber to the historic district depending on the time of day and traffic.

“Only two things missing for the five-star review”
Overall, I´d say the hotel is nice, pleasant and worth staying at as we found it clean and well-equipped. “Prompt service, convenienct and clean!”
In Mexico for a wedding. I felt safe, the staff spoke English and Spanish and were very hospitable. Lovely site and would stay there again! I especially appreciated the view of the city and the curbside service to get me to the airport.

“Will not come here again”
So if you don't speak Spanish, good luck with the staff. The phone system doesn't work. The kitchen is poorly designed as in the water from the faucet lands on the counter and the refridgerator is set to where one must squeeze between the open door and a protruding wall.
