Villa Belvedere is a fine holiday location with family. Two weeks before arrival I have informed the villa that we will be with 3 months baby and asked to provide a room on lower floor, since no elevator available in the building. A promising reply was received but upon arrival we found out that we have been placed on the top floor and despite our willingness to pay more the manager - rather impolite - did not even bother to find a solution for us. Later we noticed empty rooms on lower floors, while carrying our stroller up and down the narrow steps to floor three! :( It was disappointing and not the welcome you wish for. Late checkout costed 35 Eur. Before leaving for Croatia I was puzzled not to find real photos of the place, only visualizations. In reality rooms are a bit simpler but comfortable and cosy. Bed is good. The outside area is nice with sun beds. Garden is not taken care of and fitness rooms machines were also out of order. Rooms are cleaned only once a week and no cleaning facility is provided to be able to do it ourselves. There is possibility to rent parking place but we also found free spots near the villa. Lovran is a nice city with beautiful villas, nice walkway by the shore, sea is clean but quite cold. Saw dolphins! Hope no sharks... Sun sets early. It is very green compared to more southern locations of Croatia. We had a good time and hope the villa will improve for next guests to come.

“The quieter side of the Opatija Riviera, Lovran”

Newly remodeled and refurbished Apartment with great location in Lovran. The Lungo Mare promenade is great for walking/jogging along the seaside. Newly remodeled and refurbished Apartment with great location in Lovran. The Lungo Mare promenade is great for walking/jogging along the seaside. The apartments are spacious, nicely decorated and modern fully equipped. No elevators in the building, the view to the sea from the staircase is unbelievable. Swimming from the platforms in the clear Adriatic is a perfect way to begin or end a day of sightseeing in the region. This is a perfect location for day trips to the surrounding area and Istrian Peninsula. Mini market, restaurants, cafes and all necessities are at the doorstep. Small gym on site. Hot tub wasn't open but located on a decent size patio overlooking the sea. Parking can be a problem in high season, parking garage worth the extra cost, per day 75HRK or 60HRK at the top of the hill by the Bristol Hotel which is where check in takes place. Staff not overly friendly, check in time is strictly adhered to. Towels are basic and no washcloths. Bed is fairly comfortable, king size. Some tubs do not have shower curtain or glass partition making showering difficult. The professional photos are fairly accurate.

Vigyázzon az árra: a szálloda külön díjat számol fel a városi illetékért (rendben), a biztosításért (??) És a fogadásért … Plus

Vigyázzon az árra: a szálloda külön díjat számol fel a városi illetékért (rendben), a biztosításért (??) És a fogadásért (????). Medence és egyéb létesítmények rendben. A parkolás szintén 10 € extra.

“Average stay”

Nice location by the sea. Small rooms, not very well equipped. Tiny balcony with an awesome view to the Kvarner bay. Nice terrace, but crowded. Not well maintained at all, definitely not ****, I'd give **. Parking space awful and you have to pay for it too.
