“Good bed and food.”

“Good overall but traffic noise an issue at times.”
Stayed in this hotel for the first time as it was near to Raigmore hospital and also handy for the City centre. Plenty of local service buses to choose from meant getting in/out of the city was easy. Hotel room was adequate but we could certainly hear and feel the cars, vans, lorries and trains dur… Plus

“Did the job - needs maintenance”
Location good for where we needed to be - but do bear in mind it's on the edge of the main dual carriageway going into Inverness. Staff very friendly. Good size bar and dining area. Food was fine (you don't go to a Prem Inn for the food but it was surprisingly good!). Bed was v comfortable. Bathroo… Plus

Disappointed. Have been here numerous times over the past 20 years, and always been extremely happy, unfortunately not so good this time, mainly with housekeeping.
