The rate quality/price is very good (an apartment for 5 persons costs about 75€ per night). The apartment is located in Prague 2 zone, only 15 minutes far by tram from Charles IV Bridge, the main sightseeing point in the city. It has a main room with one double bed and a little kitchen, an other room with 3 single beds, a corridor and a bathroom. The kitchen is small, but it has all we need to wash dishes and cook something. We came here two families and we stayed very comfortable. The staff of the apartments was very friendly, they helped us always we needed (i.e. they booked a transfer to the airport, they recommended us one excellent restaurant in surroundings, they gave us a baby cot and they explained us where and which tram we needed to catch to go to the center). Very recommendable place. On the other hand, the room is a bit small, but we stayed very comfortable. The lift is also very small and we had problems to go up the baby seat.

“Prague Visit”

Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was extremely helpful and a great source for local information. Much cheaper than most hotels for better quality. Location was a bit out of town but restaurants within a 10 minute walk were fantastic.

“class outing”

We were most impressed by the photos in the internet – so we were all looking forward to our class outing. When I stood in the room, I was a little bit disappointed, because I had expected something else. Nevertheless the room was clean and the facilities were also OK, but there was nothing special… Plus

We were most impressed by the photos in the internet – so we were all looking forward to our class outing. When I stood in the room, I was a little bit disappointed, because I had expected something else. Nevertheless the room was clean and the facilities were also OK, but there was nothing special. Another aspect that is worth mentioning was the WIFI. Though there has been free WIFI, it didn't work most of the time. But let’s now turn to the positive aspects. The house is ideally situated, there were a tram station, a filling station, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff was very helpful and we could also change the money at the reception. So all in all I would recommend this holiday because the price-performance ratio was very good - we had everything what we needed. Prague is a wonderful town and you must have been once there. I would come again!

The staff were very helpful and attended to all our needs. We asked for an extra bed for one night and they were on the spot. It was free, also. I also loved how well connected it was to the city center and a lot of other places. There were several tram and bus stations very close by, which made it very easy to get anywhere. It takes aprox. 25 min to get to Charles Bridge by tram. All in all it is a good place to stay. Quite basic, but ok for this price. Breakfast was not buffet, but the staff just filled your fridge with new stuff could buy from the supermaket (yogurt, sliced ham, sliced salami, sliced bread, cheese cream, etc). It was ok, but this should be specified on the property's booking page. Also, some of the products were expired. Hopefully we saw that and did not eat what was expired. Bed sheets were not cover-type so they kept moving during the night. It was quite unconfortable to end up touching the mattress. Kitchen area was a bit worn out. Also I found some pleates that were kind of dirty (theu hadn't been cleaned properly). Shower head was very worn out and should be changed. When I booked, the option I picked had 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, but when we got there we got a 2 single bed room. The information that indicated 1 queen bed and 1 single bed was not present on my confirmation paper (I only saw it when I booked), so there was no way to prove that. The room was not cleaned at all after the first 4 nights (nor were the towels or sheets changed) but they cleaned it (and schanged the towels) upon my request. The sheet however were not changed (but I hadn't asked for that). In general, a little bit more attention to details would be nice.
