“Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff and Great Breakfast Variety”

We traveled as a family of 7, booking a total of 4 rooms for a 2-night stay. We traveled as a family of 7, booking a total of 4 rooms for a 2-night stay. The first day of check-in went smoothly; however, we only received the remaining 2 rooms at 5:00 p.m. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were nice and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and plenty of choices. While most staff members did not speak much English, they did their best to assist us, which we truly appreciated. Special thanks to Grace and Wang for their kind assistance during our stay.

“Close to attractions”

Great location to attractions; next to Muslim Quarters, restaurants, shops and walking distance to Drum and Bell Tower. Staff is very friendly and check-in was fast. Great location to attractions; next to Muslim Quarters, restaurants, shops and walking distance to Drum and Bell Tower. Staff is very friendly and check-in was fast. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Wifi works real well in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had many Western and Chinese entrees. There is an egg station but they only make eggs over hard .There is a dumpling station and the wonton soup is very good. The orange juice was a disappointment and very watered down. I would stay again at this hotel because of its location.

​While this hotel offers good value for money and boasts very clean facilities with friendly staff, our stay was ultimately average due to a few critical flaws. ​The primary issue is noise. The room door needs to be replaced, as it offered virtually no sound barrier, meaning we heard every sound from the corridor and were frequently disturbed by loud guests late at night. The lack of proper wall soundproofing only made this worse. ​Additionally, the breakfast dining area is far too small for a hotel of this size, leading to a crowded and uncomfortable experience every morning. A final minor detail: the staff did not provide any information about the pool facilities.

“Great location”

The hotel room was average, the TV was broken and was not fixed, the breakfast was average but the location was perfect. Close to the Muslim quarter, drum bell and many other attractions. The restaurants in the Muslim quarter were amazing.
