Suitable for families because they have a large enough room for the five of us, two adults and 3 children, two of whom are teenagers. Our room can fit 5 beds, 2 sizes 160x200 and 3 sofa beds. The place is very strategic because in front of the hotel there is a station and by walking 10 minutes it has arrived at Odori Park. Lawson across the street and seven eleven next to the hotel. The condition of the hotel is indeed a bit old but still comfortable to live in. Hotel staff are very friendly and kind.

“I love this hotel!”

Great location, friendly staff, close to the open mall and train to Mt Moiwa. Our room was huge compared to what we had in Tokyo/Osaka and so affordable too! It's on a quiet section on a busy street (Susukino). How cool is that? Would definitely come back.

There is parking next door for a fee. Let the hotel know you need it. Drive to front, deposit your luggage and they will give you directions to the carpark. Cleanliness: 8/10 Service : 8/10. Frontdesks eager to help, but not many can communicate in English. Facility : 7/10. For a 3star hotel considered good. The best part is that they have 2 washers and 2 dryers coin laundry self service. Room: 7/10. I would have given it a 9/10 if it had not been a smoking allowed room. Although I must say that we could hardly smell any cigarete smell. Value for money: 8/10. I would have rate it higher if the japanese style room was a non-smoking room. Others: There is a 7eleven store just next to the hotel. The Sapporo shopping street is just a few hundredz meter away. Sapporo train station is about 1km away. All within walking distance.
