“Excellent!”

Rooms were super comfortable and clean! Awesome view. Very friendly staff. It’s a bit of a walk from the city center 15 minutes or so but really excellent spot. Awesome staff that have very helpful suggestions and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend

Overall we had a good stay. Let’s start with the positives: - Room large enough for 3 people - new hotel - friendly and helpful staff - good price for what you get - location quiet and walkable to center (15mins) - large shower And then the downsides: - no elevator (surprising for a new build) - very noisy, not well insulated - walking to center is very dusty (unpaved roads) - breakfast could really use some improvements like fresh bread/croissant/ nuts/granola/fresh whole fruit/couple more options for drinks. The cucumber was dry, not sure what it does on this breakfast table. I hope management takes the advice for breakfast as it has been mentioned multiple times

“A mixed bag experience”

The positives are it's a very quiet location, the staff are friendly and helpful,I had a couple of technical issues with the room and the engineer came to fix them within minutes, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also booked the apartment which was very spacious and with a good kitchenette. The negatives are their photo showed a sofa but I didn't have one, just a stored away bed. This meant I only had chairs to rest on, or lay on the bed. It's a ground floor appt but instead of a net curtain there is just a roller blind so you either have semi darkness and privacy, or daylight and no privacy while the water in the shower kept changing temperature on its own. The WiFi was also weak. The property is in a new area being built and It's about a 15 min walk into town. That said it did have it's own bar and restaurant and you receive a free drinks voucher when checking in Overall 3 star is average and that's how I felt. It's ok, but I wouldn't come back

“Just ok”

Nothing special at all but rate was reasonable . Staff was nice . Would avoid the apartments . Location was too isolated I felt . Breakfast was not good and very expensive . Lunch boxes were not good quality compared to others we had gotten in El Chalten and the same price .
