Our room was breathtaking: spacious, beautifully designed, with incredible views, a massive comfortable bed, and amenities that made every moment feel special. Everything was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged—no detail was overlooked. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the service, and specifically Tracey at the front desk. She greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile and made checking in smooth, fast, and incredibly pleasant. She took the time to explain all the hotel’s facilities, gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, and even helped arrange a last-minute reservation for us. Throughout our stay, whenever we passed through the lobby, Tracey remembered our names, asked how we were enjoying our time, and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed—whether it was extra amenities, directions, or just a friendly chat. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are outstanding; she is a true credit to the team and made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Every other member of staff we encountered was equally wonderful—attentive, polite, and always eager to help. The breakfast spread was delicious with so much variety, housekeeping was thorough and discreet, and the concierge service was excellent. If you’re looking for perfection in comfort, style, and service, this is the place to book. We left feeling completely relaxed and well cared for, largely thanks to Tracey and the amazing team. We will absolutely be returning and have already recommended it to friends and family. 10/10!
