She was professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive, helping us navigate every bump along the way - including challenges that came up on the day of the event. “Great experience”

We experienced rain storms from our home destination and sat on the runway for 2 hours. No one ever informed us that we would have to make hotel arrangements in Sacramento since we missed our connecting flight. We experienced rain storms from our home destination and sat on the runway for 2 hours. No one ever informed us that we would have to make hotel arrangements in Sacramento since we missed our connecting flight. The airline was not very accommodating at all, so we booked a night at Four Points. After explaining our ordeal with the airline to the staff of Four Points they were so kind and went out of their way for our one night stay. The front desk, the bar/restaurant staff, and even the driver taking us the airport were amazing. The rooms were clean and it was nice to relax after an all day affair at the airport. If I ever passed through again I would definitely stay at Four Points of Sheraton

“Not very nice”

Kind of disappointed with this hotel. Very old and tired rooms. Carpet feels really nasty. Airport shuttle is a scam. Front desk employees are rude. I booked with points, but I would be pissed if I spent money on this place. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking right in front.
