We arrived mid afternoon and were treated very professionally and with a cheery smile from all members of reception. The twin room was comfortable and had all the amenities required, we had to climb stairs to reach our room, we didn’t mind though. Breakfast was a lovely buffet type, plenty of everything. Nice and peaceful and easy to access trams and Metro. A lovely experience all in all.

This hotel is mixed, we did have a wonderful holiday though Positives The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were given a double room but needed a twin room as parent and adult child, they found us an alternative immediately and carried our luggage to the new room, which was really light, airy and quiet, with modern features Breakfast was delicious, a good choice of food and drinks, sets you up for the day Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed Good choice from mini bar if you want to use it Fresh water daily Location fantastic, outside national museum at top of Wencelas Square We were given a prague pass on arrival for discounts in attractions around Prague Great rooftop bar, views are wonderful The restaurant in the basement is fabulous, great choice of good Discount voucher given at checkout for a return visit Negatives The original attic room (and many loke them) look nothing like the pictures advertised, I'm guessing we were upgraded when we requested a twin, this was at no extra charge, we were lucky as some upper rooms are shabby, poorly ventilated and dark with no headroom, definitely not 4 star, I'd put it at 2 to 3 star It's 2 different hotels, modern rooms and shabby rooms, lots of stairs Our room was not accessible through hotel, it was in an appartment block next door up 3 flights of stairs with no lift, shared access with locals, however, it was worth it to change rooms to a better one If you have mobility issues please avoid On the whole we had a great holiday but if we hadn't changed rooms we would have hated it but i can't fault the staff, it's worth asking for a better room in line with what you paid for Would I go back? No probably not
