I am a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and sometimes finding an accessible hotel room can be difficult. We were enroute to Las Vegas and realized that if we continued driving it would be late that night before we arrived. So we called one of the two Best Westerns listed in Kingman on Andy Devine Blvd and attempted to place a reservation, however their new procedures required that we respond to an email which we could not do as we were using a flip-phone, not a smart-phone So when we did arrive later that afternoon the one hotel was booked up but they called the other one right across the street and asked them to hold a room for us. To our surprise, upon checking in to the other hotel, we had the very last room and there was a long line of travelers behind us, wanting rooms also. The lady at the counter recommended a restaurant across the street and the food was so good that we went back the next day as we were leaving. The hotel had been remodeled recently. We found all of the hotel facilities to be very clean, modern and the appropriate modifications had been made in a tasteful manner. The staff, both day & night shifts were very helpful and definitely made our trip very enjoyable. I strongly recommend both of these hotels in Kingman, Arizona!
