“Tired and dated”
A tired hotel in desperate need to a refurb. Check in was good and the service was professional, happy and quick. The room was on the 12th floor which normally wouldn’t be an issue but with only 2 lifts which are painfully slow it was ridiculous. The room itself was dated with a broken iron and... more

“Basic.”
Check in okay. Landing area on floor 6 rather grubby. Room basic, no tea or coffee making facilities, just 2 bathroom glasses. Bathroom okay except for the fact it's a shower over the bath rather than a shower cubicle. For a 75 year old the latter would have been better. Arrived back at the hotel... more

“Shortage of tea in the best hotel ”
I love to drink English breakfast Tea or any natural tea without flavours , and the Melia Hotel group where I always try to stay every time when I come to Spain on business cannot give me tea in my room, so you must bring your own tea bags and milk
