“Very pleased”

Great hotel and good location. Went half board and food was pretty good and plentiful. Very clean room overlook the pool on 4th floor. The Cafe del Mar is a great option for lunch and evening drinks. Never had an issue with sunbeds at all. Would recommend this place without a doubt.

Stayed a night here on a lay over arranged by our airline as we couldn’t land in Madeira because of the weather conditions there and we were diverted to Tenerife. Although the room that we were given was pretty basic, we were really impressed by the hotel overall. The pool area was lovely, as was the cafe on the roof terrace with its amazing views at sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was excellent. They organised an early breakfast for everyone before our onward journey the next day. I can’t comment on the surrounding area, as we didn’t have time to venture out. Thank you for making a long, difficult day, more bearable!

Stayed here for first time Easter 24 for 5 nights , we had nice modern room overlooking the pool , hotel very clean and all staff helpful and friendly Good location - close to the bars /beach Food - thought this was very good with decent amount of options for evening meal , however do agree with some other reviews that best to dine early as sometimes not replenished or not as warm if you dine late . Sunbeds - yes to get the Bali beds these were being reserved by 6.30 am ,similar with other sunbeds on the terrace but at 10.30 am the lifeguards did go round putting letters on unoccupied beds saying towels would be removed by 11.15 am if no one was on them ,we did see this enforced a few times . Swimming pool -for us this was only negative - really was quite cold hence very few people used it - needs to be a lot more heated at this time of year Snack bar -very good Drinks -good selection and not overpriced at all Gym -decent Shower room made available with no charge on day of departure Entertainment in the evening was mainly good apart from ABBA !!! Activities going on during the day - Animation team - seemed to be friendly enough but focussed mainly on younger generation staying at the hotel but didn't make any effort at all to talk to us older generation unless you were a returning guest - by the end of the stay we couldn't tell you any of there names !! But overall we really did enjoy our stay and would have no hesitation in returning here
