“Awesome experience for my holidays”

The guys who was working in the restaurant and house keeping was amazing .it was awesome experience for me.the staff taking care of me very well.the hotel ambience was fantastic.i was in a very busy time overthere but still they treated very well.

“Very nice place”

I really recomend this place for rest or business trip. Good location near to the very beautifull garden. Very comfortable and quite big room. Decicious breakfast with a local meals. Pool on the roof is a big advantage. Very freiendly personel.

We thought overall the hotel was very good, the vast majority of the staff were really helpful and obliging, the exception was one of the receptionist who made us feel that we were a imposition on her day, which is a pity a a receptionist is the first contact point for the hotel. The room was fine if a bit gloomy due to it's location, internal facing a courtyard, couple of minor issues the hair dryer and the air conditioner were not working. The food was good and serving staff very good. I would use the hotel again if in Tenerife

A partly renovated hotel in a pleasant location near a great park. Great staff, but the shortcomings in the room mentioned below reduce the rating. Pros -very nice pool area and outdoor gym on the roof (open 9-8), although very limited amount of sunbeds -Surprisingly pleasant breakfast (served 7-10). Cold smoked salmon, jamon serrano, fresh orange juice, etc etc, also gluten free bread and muffins on request. -Hardworking, kind and professional staff -Wonderful park next door -Practical open plan wardrobe -Inroom kettle and mini fridge -Well lit bedroom -Good water pressure -Plenty on electrical outlets in the room -tiny balcony with park view (no furniture, very few park view rooms available) -taxi stand in front of the hotel -bus stop 50m away -Several small supermarkets nearby -nice bar/cafe/restaurants in the park Cons -extremely insufficient lighting in bathroom, only 1/3 of led mirrow lights working, small mirror’s lights not working at all. -Only a small piece of handsoap without any dish for it, unpractical and unhygienic -bathroom and slippers never delivered, although should have been included in the park view room -Tired decor, particularly in the hallways (not that essential;) -Noice from the street in the park view room (well, that was to be expected, love the view anyway) -twin beds with wheels on the other end without a carpet underneath- bed moves when you turn. Very unpractical. Used a makeshift carpet underneath the wheels. -not enough hangers for your clothing (8) Not a bad choice, but the room really needs to be more functional. There are a lot of different kinds of rooms, consider carefully which on you book!
