“Outstanding service by a friendly and professional team”
Wonderful friendly staff, immaculately clean rooms, everything in tip top order, crickey we couldn't have had a better time if we had been royalty. “Valencia Palace is a very good hotel”
Wonderfull experience. A bit expensive but worth the money. Room, breakfast and location are top quality. Various buslines stop around the hotel which is convenient. The park is accross the street. “Lovely stay!”
SH Valencia Palace is very central. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean as was all the hotel. The staff were very helpful especially Veronica who helped with dinner reservations and shared her knowledge of Valencia. Breakfast was delicious and lots on offer to suit all tastes. Spent two nights here with our tour group. Our room 540 was in the corner with two walls of windows. It was also connected (locked) to the next room. We could hear the kid crying 😩 next door.
