We have returned today from a ten-day stay at the Globales Don Pedro. The hotel is beautiful, modern, immaculate, excellent service and in a fantastic location. The views are sensational crystal clear sea where the natural raw beauty of the mountains surrounds you. The hotel's ambience is quiet, peaceful, and restful. The staff was helpful, polite, and always smiling, a high bonus compared to our experiences in many other hotels. We must shout out to Adrian, the only Animator at the hotel. His energy and cheerful attitude to adapting the schedule and events to the guests' needs, ages, and abilities were admirable. His empathy, helpfulness, and professionalism added to our holiday experience; he made a good holiday fantastic. The only downside was the food. Although my husband told me the sweets were delicious, we found the main menu repetitive and uninspiring. We travelled as a family of four: my husband, daughter, and son-in-law. Two of us are gluttons and dairy intolerant, and apart from jelly, my daughter and I could not eat any other desserts. Also, the food allergy labelling was unreliable, which needs urgent addressing. However, we visited during the opening week of the season, and hopefully, they will fix the restaurant's hiccups. We had a fantastic holiday, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone of any age (it is an adults-only hotel) looking for a restful, romantic or leisure holiday in a high-quality hotel in a unique, quiet resort. There is a bus stop almost opposite the hotel that runs regularly. Taxi prices are reasonable, and there are many beautiful places to visit and lots of walking paths to explore.

I have just stayed here for 5 nights in the junior sweet. It's hands down the best room with the best view I have ever stayed. Cleaned every day perfectly. We went all inclusive and the food was really good not many choices for English people but we were in a different country so have to allow for different foods. Drinks were lovely only improvement I have is there wasn't enough choices for the all inclusive drinks. The sun beds were top quality and the staff were lovely. We got a bottle of bubbly on arrival in our room as it was our wedding anniversary with a letter from the hotel. Lovely touch. The area has the best views ever. There isn't much at all in the area bit we got the bus to alcudia which was super easy and cheap. Felt fully relaxed after this getaway and would definitely return.

We booked a pool view room but was given a lovely sea view room, which had 2 balconies & a separate lounge. A big thank you to Adrian, he is new to the hotel & was asking for feedback on ideas for activities & always gave us a wave /hello. This holiday was booked for rest & peace & we got exactly that. Waterfall shower, fresh towels & room cleaned every day (thanks go to hotel maids). Beautiful views from the room, we were blown away in room 324. Bus stop opposite Don Pedro, we visited the market on Wednesday at Puerto De Pollenca, we stayed at the hotel for the other days & walked round the 3 coves, exquisite! Food was hit & miss, I don’t eat meat when abroad but always found something to eat! My partner struggled at Dinner on occasions & he’s non fussy, but enjoyed Spaghetti Bol & pasta dishes. We went for breakfast once - mainly due to queuing for a fried egg, yes they do them to order but the one chef is also cooking orders for omelette & pancakes - maybe have a tray out with prepared fried eggs to solve this issue! All staff were polite & courteous. Overall we enjoyed our relaxing break but feel the food lets the Don Pedro down - on occasions food wasn’t replenished & if the pizza had gone another never came! We would come back again but maybe half board without evening meal. We travel a lot & Room 324 is the best we’ve had by far. This hotel offers relaxation, superb views & has friendly staff with visits from the mountain goats. Thank you Don Pedro.

Visited with my mum for 6 nights in May. Overall, a pleasant stay in a stunning location. With a few improvements and tweaks, I would recommend it to others. Room - clean and comfortable. Hot shower with good water pressure. Originally booked a pool view room but were upgraded to a sea view which was lovely. Have to pay for the safe (€9.50 per night) which was not expected. The coffee, tea and milk did not get replenished each day which is surprising in a 4* hotel. Location - amazing! Stunning views, great local walks/hikes and a bus stop outside to nearby towns. Peaceful and quiet. Staff - excellent. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Could not fault them. Food and drinks - good sangria and cava! Would like more variety of all inclusive cocktails. Food was generally good and tasty, although could sometimes be hotter. Some dishes were also not always labelled which would have been appreciated. Would also like to see more variety of salads for lunch. Desserts were good and not too sweet. Amenities - we used the pool area. Lovely area to relax with views of the mountains. No shortage of sun beds which were comfortable. Music was nice but could have been a little quieter.
