“Spurs on tour”
Room was exceptionally clean, staff friendly and helpful. Shower was hot, bed comfortable.24hr desk which is always a plus. The only things missing were coffee making facilities, a fridge and a safe. However overall value for money was excellent

“Good value for money accommodation ”
A tram ride away from the centre this hotel gives value for money accommodation. I stayed 5 nights £40 per night in a double ensuite. Breakfast.is fairly basic and the one flaw was free wifi only available in the hotel lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

“Everything is nice but there is no internet”
Room was clean, bathroom was very big and the bathtub was awesome. But in the room there is no wifi. You can only connect wifi in the lobby. Even mobile internet (vodafone) is not working properly. In total it is nice.

hotel is a bit far from the centre and main attractions, but it is cosy, prices are more than fair, rooms are nice and clean, could be furbished with more creativity, breakfast is solid, overall good price/benefit ratio.

“Very noisy on street sde”
Hotel was fine. Staff were good and they gave us a bigger room when we asked. However, we were on the street side and every 5 to 8 minutes a tram went roaring by. Stops around 1am and starts again around 5am.
